 Everyone has the right to hold their own opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information of all kinds through any media and regardless of frontiers.




The right to freedom of opinion and expression is established under article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), under the same broad terms as article 19 of the Universal Declaration ofHuman Rights.
